Horses and Heroes

Today I got to photograph Colleyville area middle school students who are going to be trying out for their school’s mascot. It was pretty fun. We were covering it because Texas Rangers Mascot Coordinator, Tanner Leggett, was working with the students. I was more interested in the students. After that, I met with Jerrold Dash who is starting to get back into the gym after having a double lung transplant after being diagnosed with stage four lung cancer. He never smoked a day in his life…Crazy, but inspirational. He made me want to live a better life.
