Portraits

The one thing that I’ve been really trying to push myself to do is use lights more.  I’m such a novice when it comes to incorporating lights in portrait work.  Usually I find a nice window and leave it at that, but I really want to be able to control the light when need be.  I feel like Dallas is where they first forced me to use strobes. In Concord I was able to use them, but never really pushed myself to experiment.  Now I’m starting to. Here’s some recent portraits.

Awesome – your balancing of background light with the strobe is coming through. i know you will get more creative with that as more opportunities present themselves. hopefully you can add more strobes and attachments to your arsenal – you’ll be wishing to have a regular assistant in no time:-)
